ClaireLOGIC stepped in to help Quadriga after it was let down on IT support
The company made two initial attempts to find a new IT services and support partner. The first certainly had a challenge: to help Quadriga’s team shift to remote working during the pandemic. However, it built a hybrid IT system that caused significant problems later on. High staff turnover didn’t help them provide strong IT support. Quadriga changed provider again, but delayed responses, slow support and failure to resolve the root technical causes of problems did not create a good relationship.
It was third time lucky when Quadriga’s Executive Chairman went to a claireLOGIC seminar and found a better choice. The company has not looked back. A previously disenchanted team found new confidence in their IT support when their requests for help began to be resolved swiftly. The whole team participated in shaping a new IT strategy for the business when claireLOGIC involved them in the IT Strategic Review which has now given Quadriga a true IT roadmap to support its growth and future.
