Testimonials

“I refer clients to her who find themselves going through divorce proceeding and needing a mortgage, either to replace the existing mortgage on the Family home so that they can buy out their soon to be former spouse, or to enable them to buy a property after the family home has been sold.

I know that this is quite frequently a difficult task. People going through divorce proceedings are usually looking at restricted income and might well be older than the average buyer with higher outgoings.

I know that when I refer a case to her, Lindsay’s approach to all this is a bit like a terrier – she grabs hold of the problem and won’t let it go until either she has fixed it or it’s impossible.

She also frequently dos not charge people when things get a difficult and she’s not able to help them out.

I have complete confidence that if I give her a case, she will come up with a solution if it is at all possible.”
