Martin Conway

Conways Commercial provides a range of commercial property services to a variety of clients including owner occupiers, landlords and tenants.

We deal with sales, lettings, acquisitions, valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals as well as providing general consultancy advice.

Our expertise includes retail, office, industrial/warehouse and institutional property.

The majority of our business is centred on Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.

Martin is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an RICS Registered Valuer. He spent a number of years in London with two major chartered surveying practices before moving to Oxford as a director of an international property consultancy.

More recently he spent 19 years as a partner with Oxford based Marriotts heading their commercial agency department.

In 2020 Martin formed his own property consultancy which provides a high-quality professional service to a broad range of clients.

Martin has three children and in his leisure time he enjoys sport, particularly cycling and has completed rides from Lands End to John O'Groats and an expedition across the Pyrenees.
