Guests pay just £15 for the full English breakfast and the chance to network with our members. If guests return for a second time, the breakfast is free. If you decide to become a member you pay a very reasonable (in particular in comparison to other groups) £80 a month.

We meet every Tuesday from 7-8.30am.

It's a relaxed event so just let us know if you'd like to come along and we'll make sure there's a space for you! Read our 'attend as a guest' page.

Please do feel free to wear what you feel comfortable in. Many members are in formal business wear because they have to go to work after the meeting!

We have a regular structure that we like to follow and every element is focused on driving benefits for you as a guest or member. As soon as you arrive you can grab a coffee and have a chat so there is some informal networking time too.

Have a think about a sixty second speech or pitch that introduces you and your company, why you are networking, what you want to achieve etc. Again this is relaxed but a great opportunity to tell people more about yourself and your company.
