Martin Conway

Conways Commercial and Chaston Commercial recently merged to form Chaston Conway. The firm provides a comprehensive range of commercial property services to owners and occupiers.

The range of services include:

• Agency: selling, letting and acquisition
• Property Management: including financial control, rent collection, service charges
• Commercial Property Valuations: for a variety of purposes including pension schemes, taxation and company accounts
• Lease Advisory: lease renewals and rent reviews.

Our expertise includes retail, office and industrial/warehouse properties.

Martin is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an RICS Registered Valuer. He spent a number of years in London with two major chartered surveying practices before moving to Oxford as a director of an international property consultancy.

More recently he spent 19 years as a partner with Oxford based Marriotts heading their commercial agency department.

Martin formed Conways Commercial in 2020 and has recently merged with Chaston Commercial to form Chaston Conway. Martin is a consultant to the new firm .

Martin has three children and in his leisure time enjoys sport particularly cycling and has completed rides from Lands End to John O’Groats and an expedition across the Pyrenees. He may also be seen at the occasional Parkrun in Oxford or the surrounding towns.
