We're taking on the Monster Race!

On Saturday April 1st we will be crawling through the Meatgrinder and the Bog of Eternal Stench all in the name of charity. We've decided to take part in Oxfordshire's Monster Race to have a bit of fun whilst raising some money for Young Dementia UK.

Monster race

So far our team consists of Darren Green and Julie and David Blake. They've committed to getting cold, wet and very muddy whilst running the 5k obstacle race at Cornbury Park. Some of our other members are taking part with their businesses and we would love to get even more involved - in any capacity! Whether you want to join us in the race, prop up the beer tent and watch, or make a donation, we would love your support.

Entry is free for spectators, £50 for 5k runners and £55 for 10k.

What do you get for your money?

  • A fun challenge that you’ll certainly never forget
  • Free mud – disclaimer: you can only take what is caked onto your body/clothes!
  • A Monster medal
  • Chip timing with instant results
  • Free event photos – subject to our photographers zapping you as you go around
  • A cool drink at the end to help you catch your breath

Go ahead and sponsor our team. We’re hoping to raise £1000 to send straight over to Young Dementia UK; a charity set up to help people whose lives are affected by young onset dementia. We need all the help we can get to raise the money, so please head over to our donation page here. Big or small, any donation helps in order to get us to that goal.

Thank you from everyone at Juice and good luck to all of those taking part!
