Supporting local charities
All of us at Juice really believe in supporting local charities. For the past year, we’ve been supporting Adventure Plus and Young Dementia UK.
Adventure Plus has worked with a number of the Juice members, receiving support with content marketing and website developments. All of which should help grow the charity’s profile.
We were very pleased to raise over £1200 for Young Dementia UK by running the Monster Race at Cornbury Park. The money raised was enough to provide 40 hours of support for families affected by young onset dementia in Oxfordshire. It’s an incredible lifeline for many families in the county. Read Rebecca’s story to see how Young Dementia help.
For the next 12 month’s we will be focusing on two new charities, Bridwell Organic Gardens and The Andrew Fischer Foundation.
Bridewell Organic Gardens are a mental health charity who support people with mental health issues; encouraging them to lead a more active lifestyle through social and therapeutic horticulture. They’ve encourage many adults in Oxfordshire to realise that mental health recovery is much more than a possibility.
The Andrew Fisher Foundation promotes healthy communities through sports. Through funding projects and coaching they support all people play the sport they love, in Oxfordshire and beyond!
